Having the opportunity to learn about many art periods during college, I wrote a highlight from each era you see here. I have shared a few papers I wrote from my art history courses, which you can find in this section.
What is your favorite art period? Has that changed since you read my work? Knowing little about art history before college, courses in Medieval History all to Contemporary Art allowed me to increase my appreciation for all history. While I still love Post-Impressionism, eras such as Romanticism and Surrealism stood out during my education. Just as I have learned something new, I hope my essays spark interest, and I encourage you to look up and research further.
