A company logo can tell much about the business’s personality, what it sells, or how it drives its desired target audience. Logo designing is an element of marketing and art that I love to bring together, creating the perfect balance to reach company goals. Having a small art business, HJPdesignsco, I have been given opportunities to design logos for other small businesses, including mine.
Below are my more recent logo designs that I have created with Canva and Adobe InDesign. These creations are mainly fictional and designs created for college projects, for fun, or for my personal Instagram accounts. I find the importance of learning about the brand before creating visual elements. How do I want the target audience to feel after viewing the logo? How important are the colors and their relation to the overall branding theme? These are a couple of questions I consider before designing and diving into the creative elements of logo design.
With my design process, I know that I am just at the beginning and have much to learn about branding a company. As I improve my skills and learn from others, I look forward to expanding my logo creation knowledge in 2024!
